The Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Driver Recruiter at our office located in McDonough, GA.
Will handle all inbound & outbound leads specific to leasing on additional owner operators or placing potential drivers in fleet owner trucks
Will place advertising through available online channels and well as managing the updated information on these postings as required
Will work with VP of Capacity Development on month advertising strategy to develop engaging recruitment marketing approach in line with Bennett's overall operational needs
Will focus on retention.Maintain open dialog with recently leased on owner operators 1 week, 30 days & 90 days to check on status and keep operations in the loop of any potential developing issues with owner operators' success while leased on with Ace Doran.
Position demands a high degree of accountability in order to understand success and failures within the position.Maintaining a high degree of up to date information within Tenstreet to insure visibility of advertising effectiveness and overall success in growth of the fleet towards established goals.
Must possess at least 5 years experience in recruiting Class A tractor trailer drivers and owner operators in the transportation industry. Ability to consistently provide excellent service to potential and current Owner/ Operators
This individual should be an extrovert with a strong communication style displayed both verbally and in written communications.
Individual should be articulate in communicating detailed and complex subject matter as the scenario requires.
Individual should have a "Sales Person" approach to their work as our fleet size is dependent on their ability to sell the key selling points of Bennett to the desired demographic.
