Advisor Seekers is a recruiting and consulting partner for wealth management firms nationwide, helping firms identify, attract, and hire top talent across the financial services industry. The Recruiter will manage multiple active searches at one time, typically around 10 open positions, and will be responsible for the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
