 Recruiter Needed For Growing and FUN Company!
$52k-$62k, depending on experience
Orlando, FL Fully Onsite
M-F, 9am-5pm

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the complete recruitment life cycle for critical positions across various departments. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, all while driving the success and growth of the organization. **Key Responsibilities: **  
- Collaborate with the team to forecast staffing needs and implement best practices for attracting top talent.  
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.  
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry-specific websites, to engage potential candidates.  
- Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates for further evaluation.  
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.  
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and assist with onboarding and orientation as needed.  

**Required Skills: **  
- High School Diploma or equivalent.  
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.  
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

**Nice to Have Skills: **  
- Experience with Paycom is a plus.  
- Prior experience recruiting for seasonal positions.

**Preferred Education and Experience: **  
- A High School Diploma is required; additional certifications in Human Resources or a related field are beneficial.  
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR roles.

**Other Requirements: **  
- Must be able to work fully onsite during standard business hours.  
- Role may require occasional travel to regional locations and may involve working in various environments, including warehouse settings.
