Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Recruiters. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of roles within manufacturing operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Proven experience with various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.
