As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiter who can help us attract and hire the people who will build the next chapter of our company.

About the Role

As our Recruiter, you'll help build the team that drives Half Moon Plumbing's success. You'll work directly with leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for both office and field positions, including plumbers, apprentices, technicians, and administrative staff.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable sourcing talent, managing multiple openings, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $44,000–$55,000 per year

Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for successful field and technician hires

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for office and field positions
• Create and manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
• Proactively source passive candidates for difficult-to-fill skilled trades positions
• Build relationships with trade schools, workforce programs, and industry networks
• Represent our culture and values throughout the candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence reaching out to passive candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, or home services is a plus
• Willingness to learn our industry and become a trusted hiring partner
