Westaff is looking for a Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor to support high-volume recruiting and talent management in Lowell, MA
The ideal candidate will be comfortable making and receiving phone calls, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and a positive attitude are required
Schedule:
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm,
- Monday-Friday
- $19.50-$21.00 DOE, plus regular bonus opportunities
Duties:
- Review incoming applicant pool, source resumes, and recruit candidates.
- Conduct applicant prescreens, interviews, and testing both via phone and in-person.
- Complete employee paperwork and orientations.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, including drug screens and background checks.
- Document and monitor employee communications.
- Communicate directly with customers.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High school diploma required,
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft office skills required.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Strong ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
