Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top healthcare talent. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline. Employment Marketing: Craft compelling recruitment advertisements and employer branding initiatives that showcase Valleywise Health as a leading healthcare employer. Candidate Management: Conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to their first day. Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, anticipate future hiring needs, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives. Advocacy Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, providing insights and support throughout the recruitment life cycle. Promote a positive candidate experience and foster long-term retention. Annual Salary Range: $60,736.00 $89,586.60 Qualifications Education: Requires a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. Experience: Must have at least three (3) years of recruitment and/or sourcing experience with all employees within an organization, including but not limited to leadership, clinical, IT, and other level healthcare positions. Certification/Licensure: Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid drivers license in good standing and must carry the legally required minimum insurance coverage on a personal vehicle at all times. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The ability to maintain confidentiality standards is a must. Must have considerable knowledge and skills in sourcing and selectingqualified candidates. Must be able to interview all levels of candidates in a healthcare, business, and/or IT environment. Must communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts. Strong analytical, interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are essential. Must be proficient in standard PC applications. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
