LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Junior Recruiter at our manufacturing client in Pierceton, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection. Mainly responsible for screening applications and resumes, complete reference checks.

Job description:
Responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection.
Responsible for updating job descriptions and performing quarterly audits to ensure job descriptions are kept current. Involvement with all phases of recruitment and selection.
Assist with manpower planning and evaluating current staffing needs.
Coordinate internal and external advertisement of all openings, the use of employment agencies, and career fair participation.
Screen applications and resumes, complete reference checks.
Responsible to staff hourly positions in a timely and cost effective manner with quality candidates. Assist with interviewing and selecting salaried candidates.
Assist in creation of job descriptions.
Provide input into customer surveys requesting employment data.
Assist with special projects in all other areas within Human Resources as requested.
Experience recruiting direct labor, light industrial and machine operators helpful
Experience with SAP Success Factors a plus
Experience navigating job boards like Indeed and Linked In a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
