Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pittsburgh, PA Area

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Pittsburgh area to hire a Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through hire.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
