Recruiter

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for a short-term contract opportunity supporting hiring across multiple locations nationwide. This is an onsite role ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruiting environment and can manage multiple openings while providing a strong candidate experience.

The Recruiter will support full-cycle hiring for a mix of hourly, skilled trades, warehouse, manufacturing, and professional positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to keep the recruiting process organized and moving efficiently from initial sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple locations
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill openings
• Post positions to job boards and other recruiting channels
• Source, review, and screen applicants
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date
• Assist with recruiting-related reporting, documentation, and HR projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or related high-volume experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location recruiting strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
