Recruiter

Our Client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
• Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS
• Support offer process and hiring decisions
• Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution

Requirements:

• Please ensure that all submitted candidates have relevant retail experience, as profiles without this will not be considered.
• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
• ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred
• AI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.
