Description

Therapy Source is expanding, and we're seeking a driven, mid to entry-level Recruiter to join our high-energy, metric-driven sales division. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in recruitment while helping connect therapists with impactful roles in public, cyber, and charter schools across the country.What We're Looking For:At least 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or staffing environment preferred)Bachelor's degree requiredGrit, resilience, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationshipsHighly organized with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goalsWhat You'll Do:Source, recruit, and build pipelines of qualified therapists, clinicians, and healthcare providers using ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and social recruiting to meet current and future staffing needs.Screen, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including credential verification, licensure, scheduling, compensation discussions, onboarding, placement, and ongoing engagement to drive successful starts and retention.Partner with Account Managers and team to align recruiting priorities with client needs, division demand, market conditions, and business objectives while supporting providers through assignment completion.Manage recruiting operations and data integrity by maintaining accurate candidate, job order, placement, and pay data in Bullhorn, tracking pipeline activity, and providing insights to improve fill rates and recruiting strategy.Optimize recruiting performance and profitability by recommending competitive pay rates, monitoring gross margin contribution, and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline for division needs.Why Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing company with a meaningful mission.Receive hands-on training and ongoing professional development to support your career growth.Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including base pay, new start bonuses, monthly commissions, periodic performance-based contests, and company performance bonuses.Take advantage of a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other valuable employee benefits.If you're ready to enhance your recruitment career, meet goals, and make a real difference, we want to hear from you!
