Position Title: Recruiter – Premier Services Mass Affluent
Working Location: Remote - U.S. Greater Chicago + California

Introduction
This role provides expert advice and counsel related to talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing and recruiting strategies to support business and group strategies within the financial services industry. The position involves operational and strategic work to deliver business results and minimize risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recruitment or Talent Acquisition - 8-10 years of experience.
- Sourcing and/or recruiting strategies - 10 years of experience.
- Hiring within Banking/Financial Industry - 5+ years of experience.
- Experience hiring for Mass Affluent/Premier Services - 2-5 years of experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience hiring licensed sales & relationship individuals.
- Ability to source passive candidates.
- Appropriate HR designation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and counsel related to talent acquisition.
- Conduct industry analysis and trends to understand target customer segments.
- Develop innovative sourcing or recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement talent acquisition solutions.
- Lead and influence coaching on recruitment techniques and tools.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Support development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues as needed.
