Job Description
Salary: $42000.00
Benefits: This is a full-time state position that provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees' retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a minimum of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year. The state also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
Basic Purpose: Organize and execute recruitment of students (NGYCP graduates) throughout the state for the Sooner Job ChalleNGe Program. Duty station at Pryor, OK on the Thunderbird Challenge campus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Military background preferred, but not required
Education and Experience: High School diploma required. Some college preferred, or strong background working with at-risk youth.
Licenses/Certificates required: Valid Driver License
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 15 pounds. Some evening and weekends hours are required.
Conditions of Employment:
Serve 12-month trial period
Contingent on a favorable NCIC/OSBI background check
Contingent on passing pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
A valid driver license
FLSA Non-Exempt status
Tobacco and Vape free facility
T1/CNACI security clearance due to working with youth (Eligibility for national security positions shall be granted only to persons who are U.S. citizens.)
Notes: This position will be located at Pryor, OK on the Thunderbird Challenge Program campus.
