Summary:
As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will build proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence for highly specialized semiconductor and technology roles that are critical to the company's hiring strategy. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive talent across hard-to-fill engineering disciplines, including NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, design, device, validation, product, process, manufacturing, AI, and data engineering. The ideal candidate is an expert sourcing practitioner who can combine LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters database mining, advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outreach to create high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
 
Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies, talent maps, target-company lists, and market research for critical semiconductor talent segments.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, advanced Boolean search, referrals, professional communities, and approved sourcing platforms.
• Rediscover prior applicants, silver medalists, leads, and talent-pool candidates in SmartRecruiters.
• Build pipelines across NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, manufacturing, AI, and data engineering.
• Develop personalized outreach and conduct initial candidate qualification.
• Maintain accurate source, outreach, status, notes, and handoff data in SmartRecruiters.

 
Required Qualifications

• 5 years of technical sourcing experience for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Demonstrated semiconductor industry sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated technical recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Expert proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for complex search, projects, pipelines, and outreach.
• Advanced Boolean search capability across recruiting platforms and open-web sources.
• Proficiency using SmartRecruiters to search candidates, manage leads and talent pools, document activity, and maintain data quality.
• Experience using multiple sourcing tools and producing talent maps or market insights.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SeekOut or comparable sourcing technology.
• Experience sourcing across US and international semiconductor markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.40 - $42.70/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
