Title: Recruiter / Senior Technical Sourcer

Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Remote)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to build proactive talent pipelines for highly specialized semiconductor and technology roles. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive candidates for hard-to-fill engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies, talent maps, target company lists, and market intelligence.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Rediscover and engage previous applicants, leads, and talent pool candidates.
• Build pipelines for roles in NAND, SSD, Firmware, ASIC, Design, Device, Validation, Product, Process, Manufacturing, AI, and Data Engineering.
• Conduct personalized outreach and initial candidate qualification.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, pipeline, and handoff information in SmartRecruiters.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Semiconductor industry sourcing or recruiting experience required.
• Strong technical recruiting/sourcing background.
• Expert-level experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Boolean search skills.
• Hands-on experience using SmartRecruiters for candidate searches, leads, talent pools, and activity tracking.
• Experience creating talent maps and market insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SeekOut or similar sourcing tools.
• Experience sourcing across US and international semiconductor markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
