Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple properties and teams.
- Recruit for evergreen, high-volume hourly roles while also supporting professional and leadership-level searches.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reach the right candidate pools for each role and location.
- Ensure job postings are placed on the appropriate platforms, with the right messaging and positioning to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, assess, and present high-quality candidates to hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and serve as a recruiting advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with leaders to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and ask the difficult questions when candidate quality or hiring criteria need to be reconsidered.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience and consistent follow-through.
- Help hiring teams move efficiently from initial screening through interviews, selection, references, and offer.
- Leverage recruiting technology and emerging AI capabilities to improve candidate identification, matching, and workflow efficiency.
- Support the continued implementation and adoption of a modern applicant tracking and recruiting technology environment, including AI-enabled candidate matching tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline currently manual recruiting processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Track recruiting activity and pipeline health, communicating progress and challenges clearly to leadership.
Profile
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Experience recruiting within multifamily, hospitality, retail, property management, residential services, or a similarly customer-facing industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions and priorities at the same time.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify candidates beyond simply reviewing applicants.
- Comfortable recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with senior leaders.
- The presence and gravitas to influence hiring decisions, provide candid feedback, and guide leaders toward better outcomes.
- Comfortable asking tough questions and respectfully challenging hiring managers when appropriate.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively when priorities and workload fluctuate.
- Curiosity and willingness to embrace new recruiting technology, automation, and AI tools.
