Recruiter - Recruiter I

Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)

Compensation: $26 - $36 hourly

Role Overview

This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for a start-up organization, with an emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions. The role involves managing multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift rapidly. The successful candidate will report to the Go-to-Market teams within the start-up organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top-tier technical and sales talent, including Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches and adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Utilize creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools when traditional sourcing channels yield limited results.
  • Proactively identify pipeline obstacles and develop solutions independently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Take ownership of pipeline metrics, refining approaches based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience and capabilities in the following areas:

Experience:

  • Proven experience sourcing technical and sales talent, with expertise in recruiting for roles such as Solution Architects, demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
  • Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments where priorities shift rapidly and hiring demands are high.

Skills:

  • Agility to adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and changing market conditions.
  • Creative problem-solving approach, with a willingness to experiment with innovative sourcing methods.
  • Excellence in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Data-driven execution, with the ability to take ownership of pipeline metrics and refine approaches based on data.
