Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)


* This position will require that the recruiter be on site in the local office 2 days/week .


About This Role:


Comscore is looking for a Recruiter skilled in recruiting specialized technical talent as well as sales and operational roles. We are looking for an expert in recruiting with a background in a fast-paced and full-cycle recruiting environment.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Software engineering, new technologies in Big Data, data analysis and data science. A passion for the internet and the digital world is also a valuable attribute with exposure to the online media/ digital advertising industry being a big plus. This individual will also be actively sourcing on Sales, Marketing, and Product roles.


You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and the company’s senior management to develop recruiting plans to identify, screen, offer, and negotiate with both active and passive job seekers. In addition, you will be partnering with key members of the Human Resources team to design and implement new recruiting strategies, as well as track and analyze key recruiting metrics and trends.


What You'll Do:


+ Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for our open roles

+ Responsible for hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Sales professionals

+ Strategically advise hiring managers on best practices and develop creative solutions for identifying and hiring technical talent

+ Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers

+ Conduct screenings to ensure candidates meet qualifications before sending them to hiring managers

+ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and their interview team

+ Prepare and extend verbal and written offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to HR Onboarding

+ Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources such as job boards, professional networking sites and social media

+ Build relationships with top candidates and establish a strong pipeline of qualified resources




What You'll Need:


+ 5 years of experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle recruiting environment

+ A combination of staffing industry, executive search, and/or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred

+ Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change

+ Ability to collaborate with peers in a team-oriented structure

+ Must have great writing and communication skills

+ In-depth experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required (Workday) and LinkedIn (Recruiter)

+ Salary: $65,000-$75,000; Commensurate with experience
