Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing to identify qualified candidates through social media management, job boards, and research.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating assessments.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in talent acquisition efforts for both internal and external recruiting initiatives, including campus recruitment and executive search.
• Negotiate employment contracts and offers with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Support employee orientation, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or executive recruiting.
• Strong negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with Workday or ADP is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Ability to conduct effective interviewing and cold calling to generate leads and build candidate pipelines.
• Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts.
