Position Overview
Reporting directly into the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will support the recruitment of positions that range from hourly to supervisor level for several CJ Logistics' warehouses and distribution centers.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience - experience in supply chain a plus
Self-motivated, self-starter, who is extremely organized, with exceptional follow-up skills delivering regular updates and feedback
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers.
The work environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level and is climate controlled.
Location/Remote Eligibility
This is a hybrid role based out of our (New Century, KS or Riverside, MO) office. Regular, on-site presence is required (4) days per week or as otherwise directed by the company.
Schedule
Work hours may vary by shift assignment and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
Flexible hours may be required to support deadlines or cross-functional collaboration.
