PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a wide variety of recruitment projects and activities that focus on the acquisition of top talent for high need support roles within RPS, this includes but is not limited to Bus Drivers, Paraprofessionals, and other support staff. This role plays an integral role in supporting daily operations, key deliverables, initiatives and strategies for the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. In addition to the requirements listed below, regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment position. Bilingual preferred; Education recruitment is desirable.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Occasional in-district and out of district travel. Extended periods of work seated at a desk, repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer; occasional prolonged and/or irregular hours.
