The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent to meet current and future staffing needs across the organization. This role focuses on seeking out, interviewing, and screening applicants, while promoting career opportunities and providing a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring teams to understand business needs and ensures that recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and broader business objectives.
Perform targeted searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews with applicants to gather detailed information on work history, training, education, and job-related skills.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and provide hiring managers with clear, well-documented recommendations.
Prepare, update, and maintain accurate employment and candidate records within applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
Contact applicants to inform them of application status, employment possibilities, consideration, and selection decisions in a timely and professional manner.
Inform potential applicants about organizational facilities, operations, benefits, and available job or career opportunities.
Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer support, and onboarding collaboration.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
Collaborate with HR and business partners on recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and engaging recruitment experience.
Leverage applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to track candidates, manage requisitions, and generate reports.
Manage time and priorities effectively to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, with the ability to source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment technologies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation skills to support offer discussions and candidate acceptance.
Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently, manage one's time, and prioritize multiple tasks and requisitions.
Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and employment activities.
Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
Basic understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and workforce needs.
Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent training.
2–4 years of customer service-related experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday and Phenom.
Background in high-volume recruiting environments, managing multiple openings simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business, or a comparable discipline.
Exposure to large-scale and international recruitment challenges.
Ability to adapt to evolving hiring needs and business priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Work Environment
This role operates onsite Monday through Friday during normal business hours, providing a structured and collaborative work setting. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, leveraging applicant tracking systems and standard office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The environment offers exposure to complex, large-scale recruitment challenges and international career opportunities, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
