Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Salem, OH. If you have experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

As part of our staffing services, you'll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with our clients' needs. You'll collaborate closely with Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to evaluate applications daily, ensuring the best match for each position. Hours
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay
$50,000/year, plus weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand job specifications, candidate profiles, and requirements for various positions
  • Source resumes on job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates daily
  • Maintain proper documentation of the hiring process
  • Assist candidates with online and in-office onboarding procedures
  • Update and store all candidate information in our ATS system
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
  • Ability to evaluate candidates through resume review and phone screens
  • Capable of handling confidential information
  • Strong listening skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Quick decision-making and excellent time management
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of local labor market and hiring trends

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in recruiting
