Job Description

\n

• Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and retain candidates for open positions

\n

• Foster long-term relationships with our consultants

\n

• Review and understand job requirements and match them with correct skill sets

\n

• Manage entire process for consultants, ensuring a transparent, positive experience

\n

• Negotiate pay rates

\n

• Work with sales team on delivery expectations

\n

• Network with other professionals, both on and off site, to build strong relationships

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

• Bachelor’s degree or some formal education

\n

• An interest or experience in outside/inside sales, account management, staffing, or business development

\n

• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment

\n

• Eagerness to learn and step outside your comfort zone

\n
