In this position, you would be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting Technology, Marketing, Accounting and Finance professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of current recruiting experience to include sourcing, agency recruiting preferred.
Superior phone skills and interviewing/people skills
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality service to customers and candidates by matching skills to customer needs.
Thorough understanding of social media recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.
Possess a desire for success; have a competitive spirit, a professional manner, great listening skills as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Must have the ability to work independently, with a team, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
