SGA Talent is seeking recruiters to join our team. This is a Monday through Friday primarily position supporting a fast paced results driven team.
We need energetics professionals that is well organized, has exceptional multi-tasking skills and is looking for a dynamic place to enrich their career.
Requirements:
- Recent College Graduates with sales, marketing recruiting internships welcomed.
- 1-2+ years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Collaborative drive for success.
- Self-motivated.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred.
- Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for a variety of clients across the United States.
- Search for candidates through referrals, and online tools.
- Cold calling.
- Travel up to 25% ( may require visiting local venues and client sites).
- Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
- Coordinate background checks evaluate references.
- Maintain candidate database and other related files.
- Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer.
- Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
- Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.
