Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days/week in Central Office; must reside locally)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Recruiter to join our Central Office Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help elevate our school cultures by attracting exceptional educators and staff who will make a lasting impact on students' lives.

With BASIS Ed’s rapid growth, you will execute targeted recruitment strategies and hunt for top talent across the country. A strong sense of urgency, a passion for sourcing, and a dedication to finding high-caliber candidates who align with our unique academic model are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Identify, source, interview, and hire high-caliber teachers and school staff to meet our network's growth and academic goals.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), professional networking, and innovative sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent BASIS Ed at recruitment events, university job fairs, and networking functions to promote our unique career opportunities and culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, positive, and seamless candidate journey through responsive communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany) and utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to track recruitment activities.
  • Campus Partnership: Collaborate closely with and support BASIS campuses to understand and fulfill their unique staffing needs.

Education and Experience

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of proactive candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Niche Expertise: Prior experience in teacher/educator recruitment is strongly preferred.
