Job Title: RecruiterJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled and independent recruiter who can demonstrate strong tactical execution capabilities in offers and onboarding functions. This role requires a commitment to maintaining quality standards and delivering an exceptional candidate experience with minimal ramp-up time. Responsibilities + Execute defined processes with high accuracy and minimal supervision. + Manage candidate onboarding workflows with attention to detail. + Meet service level agreements and quality metrics, such as responding to 99% of emails within 3 business days. + Identify and escalate blockers appropriately. + Communicate effectively through strong written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions. + Document processes consistently and provide structured status updates and issue reports. + Quickly learn and navigate required systems and tools. + Handle data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting. + Troubleshoot basic issues using documentation and knowledge bases. Essential Skills + Proven recruiting, administrative, and onboarding skills. + Proficiency in MS Office. + Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, and ATS scheduling coordination. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Background in specialized domains such as immigration, relocation, screening, IT logistics, compliance or regulatory requirements. + Familiarity with recruiting or HR processes. + Knowledge of specific business functions, such as AWS, Stores, or G&A. + Flexibility to work with multiple business lines or geographies. + Willingness to learn new processes or business lanes as needed. + Proactive in identifying process improvements or inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. + Comfort with ambiguity while maintaining quality standards. Work Environment This is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work environment. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, providing an opportunity for individuals who thrive in self-directed settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
