Job Summary:
**Position will be fully remote with some on-site training required**
We are seeking a self-motivated and relationship-focused Remote Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing scheduling, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver positive and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handling full cycle recruitment efforts and daily tasks for open positions across the company including but not limited to resume review, interview scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring teams, posting open positions, sourcing candidates, generating offers and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting metrics
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices
Assist in the development and implementation of other HR projects and initiatives as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities:
Experience with recruiting for exempt/non-exempt roles
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Experience using ATS platforms (ATSonDemand, UKG platforms a plus)
Experience utilizing sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools

Education and Experience:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Experience recruiting for customer service, sales, technical, or manufacturing preferred
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation):
