Recruiter

Responsibilities: for the Recruiter: Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple teams. Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruiting channels. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to support talent acquisition and hiring decisions. Maintain recruiting data, support onboarding activities, and assist with process improvements. Qualifications: for the Recruiter: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting Life sciences or pharma experience preferred Required Workday experience Compensation: for the Recruiter: Hourly Rate: $40-50+/hr based on professional experience Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
