High-Volume Recruiter

The High-Volume Recruiter is responsible for recruiting efforts in a regulated medical and pharmaceutical device manufacturing environment. This role supports direct labor hiring at scale, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local laws, FDA, and quality system requirements while meeting aggressive production staffing goals. The recruiter partners closely with operations, quality, and HR leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leadership, production, and quality teams to understand workforce requirements, production schedules, and regulatory considerations.
- Manage recruiting for high-volume direct labor roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies including job boards, community outreach, referrals, and hiring events.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future production demands.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality system requirements.
- Conduct interviews efficiently while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Lead hiring events, open interviews, and community partnerships to drive candidate flow.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions aligned with regulatory and operational expectations.
- Partner with staffing agencies when needed to meet hiring demands.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, retention trends) to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within ATS/HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, Affirmative Action, and employment laws.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure audit-ready documentation and successful employee integration.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and retention.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of recruiting experience, or Associate degree with 4–6+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of FDA-regulated or ISO-certified production environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hourly workforce recruiting strategies.
- Experience using ATS/HRIS.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding employment laws and compliance requirements.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Coaching skills
- Experience with ADP recruiting or similar platforms.
- Experience in medical devices or life sciences manufacturing.
- Experience supporting direct labor staffing.
- Experience leading hiring events and college fair recruitment efforts.

- Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
