\nThis role will serve as a full-cycle industrial recruiter, leading high-volume recruiting initiatives focused primarily on hourly operations and production talent, including machine operators, maintenance personnel, and other manufacturing professionals.
\nResponsibilities
\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
\nDrive a positive candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
\nBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers by understanding workforce needs, setting expectations, and providing regular recruiting updates.
\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on candidate selection, market trends, competitive compensation, and hiring strategies.
\nDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates while building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\nSource and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Circa, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting platforms.
\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
\nIncorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) best practices throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
\nPartner with hiring leaders to promote fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring decisions.
\nMonitor and achieve key recruiting performance metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
\nLeverage recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes, and enhance recruiting effectiveness.
\nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
\nRequired
\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, or skilled trades hiring.
\nProven success managing high-volume recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
\nStrong candidate sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networking platforms, and other recruiting tools.
\nExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience preferred.
\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data.
\nPreferred
\nExperience recruiting for manufacturing, production, plant operations, maintenance, logistics, or skilled trades positions.
\nExperience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations.
\nFamiliarity with workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment metrics reporting.
