 PAY RATE: $4940 - $5402.81/monthly

 What You'll Do
✅ Take ownership and lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Partner with hiring managers to identify and fill critical staffing needs
✅ Build talent pipelines through networking, events, referrals, & outreach
✅ Screen, interview, & guide candidates through the interview process
✅ Manage ATS data, job postings, and recruitment metrics 
✅ Support new hire onboarding and HR initiatives

 What Makes You a Great Candidate?
✔ Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
✔ Willingness and enthusiasm to attend career fairs and represent TES
✔ Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, & relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy
✔ Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
✔ Creative, proactive, & solution-oriented mindset
✔ Passion for diversity, inclusion, & making a positive impact

 Preferred Experience
⭐ Recruiting in healthcare, education, or human services
⭐ Experience developing recruiting strategies, outreach campaigns, and talent pipelines
⭐ Strong customer service & presentation skills
