SUMMARY: Partners closely with the Human Resources Manager to execute fullâcycle recruiting strategies that support the organization’s staffing goals. Drives an efficient and positive candidate experience by coordinating applicant flow, interviews, and onboarding while continuously improving recruitment processes. Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Manager to manage all plantâlevel hiring activities and represents the company at networking events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the employer brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must perform each essential duty/function satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year+ high volume recruiting preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as job descriptions, resumes, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employee organizations. Bilingual skills preferred, English and Spanish.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience with Applicant Tracking System is preferred. Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to use various online sourcing tools.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will normally work in an office setting but may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions in both inside and outside environments. Travel may be required to remote facility locations and offsite locations to find and recruit applicants.
OTHER: Must be able to work independently, with limited supervision.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. Occasionally, overtime or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstance arise.
