Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic candidate to support our recruitment process for Online Casino Dealer roles. The primary responsibility will be conducting high-volume candidate phone screenings using a provided question template, qualifying candidates for interviews, and generating interest in the role. This is an in-office position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties:
Conduct high-volume candidate prescreening calls using a standard question template.
Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the Online Casino Dealer role.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and screening results.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
Generate excitement and interest in the position during calls.
Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to organize and track candidate data.
Assist with general recruitment administration as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
High energy, positive mindset, and professional phone presence.
Ability to work full-time office hours in a fast-paced setting.
