Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with potential for Full-Time Conversion
Travel: Up to 50% Travel Required to TX and CA
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to support early talent and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of campus recruiting experience and a strong background managing university partnerships, recruiting events, and high-volume early career hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with 5–6 universities and support campus recruiting activities
- Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
- Support intern and entry-level hiring for both engineering and non-engineering roles
- Travel to universities and recruiting events during peak hiring seasons
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4 years of experience in campus/early talent recruiting
- Strong experience with university partnerships and event coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
