If you love relationship\u2011building, fast\u2011paced days, and helping people find their perfect fit, this is your next adventure.\n \nWHAT YOU'LL BE TRACKING:\n\n Cast the Right Net: Design and execute multi\u2011channel sourcing strategies to build strong talent pools for current and future roles.\n Partner Like a Pro: Communicate with Hiring Managers in a timely and proactive way while guiding them through a smooth, effective hiring process.\n Lead the Launch: Facilitate recruitment kickoff meetings, set expectations, and ensure everyone is aligned from first contact to final offer.\n Create Legendary Candidate Experiences: Deliver high\u2011touch, personalized communication that reflects our hospitality\u2011driven culture.\n Scout Smart: Use technical, competency\u2011based, and behavioral insights to identify top talent and build strong shortlists.\n Continuously Improve the Trail: Spot opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and elevate the recruitment experience.\n Stay True to the Process: Follow agreed\u2011upon recruitment steps to ensure consistency, fairness, and a best\u2011in\u2011class hiring journey.\n Keep Lines Tight: Market candidates effectively and ensure Hiring Managers always have the information they need to make confident decisions.\n ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED (because adventure always brings something new).\n \nTRAIL TESTED EXPERIENCE:\n\n Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) \n 5+ years of full\u2011cycle recruiting experience\n 5+ years partnering with Hiring Managers\n 5+ years conducting technical, competency\u2011based, and behavioral interviews\n 5+ years of ATS experience (Workday & Phenom preferred)\n 3+ years crafting thoughtful sourcing strategies, including market mapping, Boolean searches, and external sourcing tools\n \nSKILLS OF A SEASONED GUIDE\n\n Strong communication and relationship\u2011building skills\n Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities\n Independent, adaptable, and comfortable navigating changing terrain\n Able to build and maintain strong partnerships across the business\n Works with urgency while delivering high\u2011quality results\n Comfortable with ATS systems (especially Workday & Phenom)\n Skilled in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to build talent pipelines worthy of a trophy catch\n \nTHE TERRAIN:\n \nThis role requires someone who's comfortable navigating fast-paced days, communicating across teams, and juggling search priorities. You'll spend most of your time at a computer, with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting.
