Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and community partnerships
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS
- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment documentation
- Build relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines
- Represent the organization at career fairs and hiring events
- Support diversity-focused hiring initiatives and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with additional HR projects as needed
Profile
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business functions
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
