Recruiter/TA Specialist

Job TitleRecruitment SpecialistJob DescriptionManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS. Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment documentation. Build relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines. Represent the organization at career fairs and hiring events. Support diversity-focused hiring initiatives and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business functions. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational and communication skills.
