Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process, from first conversation through onboarding. Create and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future growth initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing market insights, recruiting trends, and hiring recommendations. Leverage ATS, HRIS, and recruiting analytics to drive recruiting effectiveness and improve hiring outcomes. Support talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility programs that help employees grow their careers at Placon. Represent Placon's employer brand at career fairs, networking events, and community partnerships to attract high-quality talent.
