Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle technical recruiting across software engineering, infrastructure, data, and information security and a proven ability to deliver high-quality hires while driving a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, and information security.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define requirements, align timelines, and calibrate profiles.
• Lead intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and closing.
• Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage requisitions, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
• Conduct technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive outreach.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting across the recruiting lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of software engineering, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity skill sets.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced search techniques and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments.
• Analytical skills with ability to leverage recruiting data for continuous improvement.

Work Arrangement & Interview Process

• Hybrid schedule with three or more days per week onsite in Tempe, Minneapolis, or Chicago.
• Core hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility.
• Two interview rounds via Microsoft Teams, including hiring manager and team members.
• Extension or conversion may be possible based on future requisition load.
