Job Title: Recruiter

Location: St. Louis, MO (ideal) or Charlotte, NC - DCS Office, or Tempe, AZ - One U.S. Bank Plaza. Not sourcing in Minneapolis.

Duration: Contract - 12 months (Jun 29, 2026 - Jun 28, 2027). FTE conversion possible under a different team.

Pay Range: $25./hr - $30/hr (W2). Paid parking available at all listed locations.

Hybrid schedule. 3+ days per week onsite (approximately 60%). Core hours follow the candidate's time zone, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Two interview rounds via Microsoft Teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team supporting U.S. Bancorp hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing across diverse talent pools, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to fill sales and client-facing roles efficiently while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, assess, and recruit top talent for U.S. Bancorp positions with limited agency support.
• Drive the end-to-end recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Leverage inbound and outbound strategies, talent communities, and networks to build strong pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate profiles, and deliver market-informed guidance.
• Ensure a diverse slate of candidates and a consistent, structured selection process.
• Manage candidate experience including screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer progression.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, trends, and pipeline health to inform decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer processes.
• Ability to partner with challenging stakeholders with resilience, sound judgment, and problem solving.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for sales roles; prior sales exposure is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and Phenom.
• Effective project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Marketing and recruitment networking abilities to engage diverse pipelines.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data, trends, and metrics to guide decisions.
