Recruiter - TemporaryWe are currently seeking candidates with excellent communication skills for a client located in North Canton, OH. This is a contract position ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a growing organization.
In this role, you will join a company that has been a strategic supplier of highly complex, integrated electrical systems since 1947. As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing and screening top talent to support their continued growth and success.

Hours1st Shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 11:00am
Schedule can be flexible as long as 40 hours per week are worked
Pay$29.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department leaders
- Attend job fairs as requested
- Utilize software including Oracle and Factory Fix
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Above-average computer skills
- Experience with Oracle and/or Factory Fix is a plus but not required
Nice to Have Skills- Recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical industries
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Education and Experience- High School Diploma or higher
- Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
