Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Springfield, MO
Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing the full hiring process from start to finish? A Springfield-area company is seeking a Recruiter to provide approximately 8 weeks of support during peak times. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who can quickly step in and manage a high-volume hiring workload.Recruiter Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous recruiting experience required
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Professional and customer-focused approach when working with candidates and hiring managers
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for approximately 8 weeks
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
- Recruit for skilled and production positions, including welders and assembly workers
- Maintain candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Plan and staff at least one company-specific hiring event
- Provide a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring goals
- Assist with additional recruiting and staffing functions as needed
