What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Source, recruit, and place candidates in industrial roles such as manufacturing, production, logistics, and skilled trades

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Client Partnership

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver strategic staffing solutions

• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business

Candidate Experience

• Conduct interviews, screenings, and skill assessments

• Match candidates not just on skill—but on culture and long-term fit

Market Expertise

• Stay informed on local market trends, pay ranges, and competitor activity

• Advise clients and candidates with confidence and credibility

Process & Performance

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement

• Continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting experience (industrial or staffing agency experience preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools is a plus
