Contract Corporate Recruiter - Dallas

We are seeking a smart, hardworking, polished Corporate Recruiter to support our Dallas office. This is a long-term contract opportunity with 2 open positions.

Position Details

• Location: Uptown Dallas

• Schedule: 2-3 days per week onsite

• Rate: $50/hour

• Duration: Long-term contract

• Openings: 2

• System Requirement: Workday experience required

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate recruiter who is comfortable partnering with senior management and hiring managers and can confidently lead intake sessions, influence hiring decisions, negotiate offers, and effectively sell the company to prospective candidates.

Strong candidates will have:

• Experience conducting intake meetings with senior-level stakeholders

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Excellent communication and executive presence

• Technology recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting for Data Center, Engineering, Corporate, and Manager-level roles

• A proven ability to effectively sell an organization and its opportunities to candidates

• Hands-on experience with Workday

Preferred Background

We strongly prefer candidates who began their careers with a staffing or recruiting agency, received strong foundational recruiting training, and then transitioned into a corporate recruiting environment.

Data Center recruiting experience is highly preferred, as the organization builds and manages data centers. Experience recruiting for engineering and diverse manager-level positions is also a strong plus.

The recruiter will work onsite in the Uptown Dallas office 2-3 days per week to build relationships, collaborate with hiring managers, and support recruiting needs across the organization.
