Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $28/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking systems
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet hiring goals and deadlines
