LHH is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for hourly roles within a warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, including material handlers and mechanics
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process from intake through offer
Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and decision-making
Extend verbal offers and collaborate with HR on formal offer letter preparation
Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the HRIS/ATS system
Support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
Partner with temporary staffing agencies to support contractor hiring needs
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing, and employee engagement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environments
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
Pay/Benefits
Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
