Recruiter II (Business Professional)

Location: Remote (Telecommuter – Illinois)
Engagement Type: Staff Augmentation (Contract)
Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $44/hour (OT eligible after 40 hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business groups. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities, delivering high-quality candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for high-volume requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, building diverse and qualified talent pipelines

  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements and business needs

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit and provide hiring recommendations

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including opportunity positioning and company branding

  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens, interviews, technical assessments, and pre-employment activities

  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams

  • Summarize interview feedback and guide hiring decisions

  • Support and manage the offer process, including recommendations and coordination through acceptance

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings, resume reviews, submissions, and candidate status tracking


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting

  • Prior experience in a corporate recruiting environment strongly preferred

  • Industry recruiting experience is a plus

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
